Conservation Map

Because everyone needs a park just down the street.

Resident Parks

As different phases of the neighborhood are built, Water Oak will grow to include several well-planned community centers that include a variety of recreational and social activities for residents. These park and recreation areas are designed around access to trails, greenbelts and ponds and will serve as meeting places within the community. Our attention to detail has been focused on access to greenbelts and pedestrian connections as well as the themed activities for the multiple community parks. Amenities will include neighborhood pools, trail heads, an outdoor learning center, picnic facilities, various play areas, soccer fields, overlooks and community buildings.

Pocket Parks

Over 25 smaller pocket parks are currently scattered throughout the Water Oak plan. Designed to be the place where you walk your dog, play catch with your child or sit down to read a magazine, these individual neighborhood parks are sized and designed to provide day-to-day recreational opportunities for neighborhood residents throughout the year. Amenities include lighting for evening use, play equipment areas sprinkled throughout, open areas for informal games and recreation, pavilions and gathering areas.
